What if Evaluation

What is been communicated and how.
I am communicating the problem of there not much for students to do who are on a low budget. all the tourist guides are designed for tourist to spend money but there is a gap in the market as students don't have money to just spend on days out although we would like to go out and have a good time if we could. As a group we explore leeds to find interesting places for students to go on a budget.

How well does it answer the brief?
i feel that i have answered the brief we made a product and introduced it to the public to make it a live brief to see how students would react and if it is something that they would like and use. As a group we created logo's, product's and and event which would promote and advertise.

How well has the idea been visually explored
we Decided on the name Unseen Leeds, and found a few interesting places that we put on a map, this means instead of just telling people about the places we help them find them to. the map is engaging with a description on the places so you know what you are going to see. In this new modern ira students turn to technology more now than ever so we created a mock up of a free phone app which in an interactive map which has a picture and a description of the places as well as the map to help you find it. Finally to promote this we made posters which invite people to an event where we show people what we do and introduce them to our idea.

What are the strenghts of the resolution?
i feel we have produced some good work and it took well in the crits and when we took it live. the feedback we got was strong and something that our target market would enjoy and use. i feel its visually engaging and the ideas are strong also. i am happy with what we have produced.

How could it be improved?
As a group we didn't work well together we lacked communication and tended all did our own thing until when we realised that all our work looked different so we got together and eventually sorted it out. i feel we could of got alot more done if we worked as a team from the start as we had a strong idea it just needed a good body of work behind it.
